This sold spec home was conceived as a full-property composition, not simply a residence on the water. Along with the home itself, the project included the pool, landscape, gated arrival, boat dock, waterfalls, and a natural fish pond with live goldfish, all designed to read as one finished waterfront environment. On Lake LBJ, where the pass-through water level is generally kept within a tight range outside flood conditions, that kind of complete planning creates a more usable and more beautiful lakeside setting year-round.
